Design and Substitution Policy

All floral arrangements are uniquely designed using the freshest flowers available. While we do our best to accommodate specific flower and color requests, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability and market conditions.

  • ​Flowers, containers, and accents may vary 

  • Substitutions will be made with equal or greater value

  • ​Color palette will be matched as closely as possible

  • Exact replication of photos is not guaranteed

Delivery Policy

  • Jenna's Florist is an online based floral studio offering local delivery only.

  • Delivery is available in Fairoaks and surrounding areas

  • Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut off time

  • ​Delivery times are not guaranteed especially during peak holidays

  • Recipient availability and accurate delivery information are the customers responsibility. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances a redelivery fee may apply. Orders may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion unless otherwise specified by the customer or restricted by conditions such as weather or location safety.

Holiday and Peak Season Policy

During high volume holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified​ once placed.

Specific flower requests and delivery times are not guaranteed during peak seasons. Designs will reflect the selected color palette and overall value using the freshest flowers available.​

Due to increased order volume, delivery times are approximate and substitutions may be necessary.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom designed arrangements are created based on the customer's provided preferences and inspiration.

  • Custom orders are nonrefundable within the 48 hour window before delivery.

  • During peak holiday season, all custom orders are non-refundable once placed

  • Substitutions may be required based on seasonal availability.

  • Final design value will reflect current market conditions.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of the order

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and delivery fee.

  • Prices may vary based on seasonal flower availability.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:​

  • Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

  • Sameday or next day orders are non-refundable once placed.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may address your concerns.

  • No refunds will be issued for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect address information, or recipient unavailability.
