At Jenna's florist, we take great care in preparing and delivering every floral arrangement. Because flowers are perishable in each order is custom designed delivery and return guideline apply.

We offer local delivery within our designated service area. Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during holiday or peak floral seasons. You will be notified once your order has been delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final once in order has been prepared or delivered if there is an issue related to quality or delivery please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
