Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes! We love creating custom designs. If you have a color palette, flower preference, budget or inspiration photo, please include it in your order notes or contact us directly before placing your order.
Can I request specific flowers?
We do our best to accommodate flower request, but availability may vary due to seasonality and market conditions. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and color palette.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Our photos represent the style and size of each arrangement because flowers are natural and seasonal, exact blooms and containers may vary. Every arrangement is thoughtfully designed in one of a kind.
What does "seasonal flowers" mean
Seasonal flowers are blooms that are freshest and most abundant during certain times of the year. Using seasonal flowers allows us to provide higher quality designs while supporting freshness in longevity
Do you offer same-day or next day delivery?
Delivery availability depends on order volume and season. Please check availability delivery dates at checkout or contact us prior to ordering for urgent requests.
Our delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times are estimated not guaranteed. During holidays and peak seasons, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day delivery windows may be broader due to high demand.
What if no one is home at delivery?
If if the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible, and notify the customer. Once the flowers are delivered, we are not responsible for their condition.
If"hand to recipient only"delivery is requested and no one is available, the order will be returned to the shop. A redelivery fee will apply, and the delivery will be rescheduled.
What if my order is delivered through DoorDash?
Orders placed through the DoorDash platform are fulfilled and delivered by DoorDash drivers. Delivery, timing, handling, delivery location, and any delivery related issues are the responsibility of DoorDash and our subject to DoorDash's terms and policies.

How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, most fresh floral arrangements last 5 to 7 days sometimes longer depending on flower variety is an environmental conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to schedule delivery date for a refund.
Holiday and peak season orders are nonrefundable once placed.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once in order has been prepared or delivered.
Do you accept changes after ordering?
Changes are not guaranteed and must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery.
How do I contact you?
You can reach us through our contact page or by the information listed on our website.
What areas do you deliver to?
We offer local delivery within our service area. Some nearby location locations qualify for free delivery, while deliveries farther outside our immediate area may include a delivery fee. All delivery fee fees, (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for free delivery, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
What if I entered the wrong address for delivery?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
Do you deliver to hospital, businesses, or apartments?
Yes, but delivery is subject to building policies and access. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by restricted access., incorrect information, or third-party staff.
